Reactivation Of Archived Projects.

Liberty Web Designers reserves the right to archive your order for any service provided by us, Project can only be left without communication for 60 days after which without prior notice the work done would be archived and scrapped. As a client, you must comply that Liberty Web Designers will not be held responsible for termination, rejection, or cancelation of the order. Liberty Web Designers has all the rights to request a project activation fee up to 20% of the total project cost, in case of termination, rejection, or cancelation clients are requested to reach out to their assigned account managers for the reactivation.

Electronic Communications

The moment the client visits our site or sends e-mails to our contacts, the client is communicating with our company electronically. It's involuntary for the client to receive our communications electronically. Our Company will communicate with the client by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. Thus the client agrees that all agreements, notices, disclosures and relevant communication satisfy and fulfill all legal requirements and are equivalent to any legal statement in writing.

Your Account

Merchandise Refund Requests

libertywebdesigners.co.US ensures 100% customer satisfaction on all our services therefore you are requested to notify us within the first 7 days of placing your order, Shipment received that are damaged, incomplete or having design errors clients are requested to email a picture of the items received to their allotted project manager or reach out to our support team directly within 3 days of receiving their orders. No refund request will be entertained after the above-mentioned time, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.

Refund Policy

libertywebdesigners.co.US ensures 100% customer satisfaction with our unlimited free Revision Policy which enables you to improve on your initial design brief free of charge through your account area.

In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.

In case of any dissatisfaction from any design services provided by libertywebdesigners.co.US, you can submit a refund request within five days of your initial designs completion. However, it shall be assumed between both parties that you are satisfied with your initial designs if a refund request is not received within five days of initial designs delivery. For any Special / Combo packages, refund will be applicable the same as it is on the single packages.

Revision Policy

We provide guaranteed unlimited revision. Customers can ask us for unlimited free revisions and we will revise their design without any additional charges provided that the design and concept remains the same. Revision Turnaround Time would be 48 hours
